What can be customized?

There are several aspects of the garments that can be customized. Tap on the design to change text, upload an image or select a different logo. Please contact our team if you have any questions during the customization process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin creating it as soon as your order is submitted. Orders cannot be changed or canceled as they are immediately sent to production. Please check your order for accuracy before submitting. 

 

Returns, Refunds & Title

Due to the custom nature of the product it is important that you carefully review your order prior to submitting it.  We guarantee the quality of our product. We will replace any defects or errors on our part at no charge, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for your incorrect selections of items, sizes, designs,, etc. If you have any questions while placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure that your order is accurate. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item

When will my order be printed and shipped?

Covid-19 has created a 5-10 business day delay. Delivery dates depend on your selection during checkout. Our delivery methods are listed below and include production and shipping time:

  • Standard delivery estimated in 8-10 business days
  • Preferred delivery estimated in 4-8 business days
  • Rush delivery estimated in 3-6 business days

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer than the typical mainland transit times and are estimated to be delivered within 12-15 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email upon placing your order. Once your order is printed & packed, you will receive a second email that includes a tracking number with a link so you can follow the delivery status of the package.

Order & Delivery Issues:

If there are any issues with your order, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact our team to address your concerns. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed.

Risk Of Loss

Please ensure that the information you have provided at checkout is correct before completing your purchase. All purchases from Shirt App are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have not received your package or have any questions regarding the delivery please contact the carrier.
